Our application DispAFG supports you in all necessary tasks while controlling the dispatching process. These include disposition, car space management, generation of all required load, freight and custom paperwork as well as preparation of input and output messages.
Our application AskAFG allows online tracking and tracing of all vehicle movements in the course of the vehicle dispatching process. Shipments can be tracked from the production plant to the dealership and all input and output messages can be visualized. Durations of shipments can be monitored and analyzed in order to identify and max out further optimization potentials.

DispAFG captures taking over your vehicles at the end of the production line or on their storage spaces (for returns) and organizes the storage spaces automatically according to system presets. When entering/exiting a storage spot or in case dispatching got approved, EDI messages will be generated and passed on automatically. EDI messages can be received and processed automatically by DispAFG. Dispatching orders, dispositions and load building are being conceived by the system self-acting. If necessary, disposition and building of loads can also be conducted manually. DispAFG takes manual generation of all required load, freight and custom paperwork off your shoulders and thereby safes valuable resources for you. With an adaptable interface, DispAFG transfers all data relevant for accounting into your accounting software.

With AskAFG you can query durations, status and messages of a certain vehicle anytime, regardless of whether it was loaded on a truck, a ship or a railway waggon. AskAFG supports you in analyzing the shipments with detailled statistics of any kind. For example, durations of shipments can be analyzed and monitored in order to detect optimization potentials and to further improve the dispatching process.
