1. Releasing Agent in the Opel plant in Eisenach (since 1992)

Since 1992, the AFG is Releasing Agent in the Opel plant in Eisenach, Germany. We take over the vehicles at the end of the production line, check them for damages, add transportation protection and drive them through the squeek & rattle section.

After that, the vehicles are being transferred to distribution spaces and all necessary vehicle movements will be taken care of. Our storage area management includes an optimized car-space management as well as storage area maintenance and the whole vehicle handling.

We deliver the new vehicles to the commissioned truck forwarding and shipping agents and load the vehicles into railway waggons. We take care of a gapless dispatching process and optimize the shipping routes to be time and cost saving.

2. Releasing Agent in the BMW plant in Leipzig (since 2004)

Since 2004, the AFG is Releasing Agent in the BMW plant in Leipzig, Germany.

We take over vehicles at the end of the production line, transfer them to their distribution spots and convict all necessary vehicle movements. Our storage area management includes an optimized car-space management as well as storage area maintenance and the whole vehicle handling.

The new vehicles are being delivered tot he commissioned truck forwarding agents ans shipping companies or will be loaded into railway waggons. We take care of a gapless dispatching process and optimize shipping routest o be time and cost efficient.

4. Operation of the distribution software DispAFG and the interconnection software NetAFG for the BMW group (since 1992)

DispAFG is the standard distribution software for all European plants of the BMW group as well as the BWM plant in Spartanburg, USA.

NetAFG interconnects the tranportation market and with AskAFG, employees of the BMW group can check for the status of their new vehicles at any time.
